This corner villa is situated in the residence " Mas de la Plage l" just 250m from the sea. This is a well presented villa, and downstairs a living room with an eqquiped kitchen and Airco, a bedroom with double bed, shower room with toilet.
Upstairs, a Attic mezzanine with a double matress for children -There is nice terrace south exposition, garden table/chairs, BBQ electric.. one parking place inside the residence. NO PETS
