Nestled in a quiet corner of a small lakefront complex, this condo is located in the heart of Big Bear Lake - just steps from Big Bear Village for dining, shopping and entertainment, across the street from the bowling alley, and just minutes from the ski slopes and grocery stores.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV with cable, dining table, bar seating, beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Third level master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, jack and jill bath, and balcony. Third level second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Living room has sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Seasonal community pool and spa. Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, bard games, and card games. Relax near the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie in the evening.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and a book while taking in the amazing lake views. Grill up some delicious barbecue with the gas grill and enjoy the sunset while taking in the scenery. Dock slip available for guest use.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Overall our stay was amazing. The only notable mentions are that the front door lock is nearly unusable and should be replaced. As well, in the main bedroom, there is a sizable gap between the sliding glass doors, that go out to the balcony, that i think could be easily fixed with a weather strip. The room stay extremely cold because of this even when we raise the thermostat. Aside from these two things, we have nothing negative to say. We had a great time and would definitely come again.

Blast at Big Bear

Great property, right on the lake. Walkable to the village, 5 minute drive to resort for skiing and boarding. Fast responsive staff. Condo very well equipped, kitchen well stocked, cozy fireplace, nice showers, plenty of closet space. If you are looking for a place close to the slopes, restaurants, tubing, boating and even bowling, this place checks all the boxes!!! You will not be disappointed.
