Excellent communication!

Tommy, the property manager for this rental, was the consummate professional-He texted me days before our arrival, made the check-in process simple, and gave me invaluable insight into the area’s restaurant offerings. We want to return to the Pebble Beach community, and I will work to make sure that we choose a unit offered by Tommy!

Disappointed

The property location was great, quick access to the beach and shopping. However, the place needs a lot of maintenance and was filthy. They advertise two pull out couches, only one worked and the mattress was disgusting! You could feel the springs in your ribs while trying to lay down. We ended up sleeping on the floor. The chair and couches needed to be covered to sit in them, as they were visibly dirty. The shower curtain was moldy and clearly not washed.The fan in the bathroom did not remove any humidity and the brown moisture beads wept down the walls, so gross! My sister stayed in the complex right next to us and it was clean and updated. Same price as I paid!

The condo was so clean and comfortable! It was close to nearby shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The location to the beach was great!
