The main living room in the primary residence is anchored by a traditional kiva fireplace and surrounded by large windows that frame stunning mountain views. Natural light floods the space, highlighting the hand-hewn vigas, saltillo tile floors, and eclectic Southwestern décor. Multiple seating areas provide ample room to relax, from plush sofas and leather armchairs to cozy reading nooks.
The living room in the guest house is centered around a cozy kiva fireplace flanked by large windows that bathe the room in natural light. The room is filled with vibrant local artwork and rustic decor, including an antique wooden coffee table, plush blue sofa and colorful armchairs.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The primary home’s remodeled kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful artisan tile details. A large center island offers extra prep space and casual seating for two, while the open design makes it easy to stay connected with the adjoining dining room. Here, a spacious dining table comfortably seats six to eight for family-style meals. An outdoor dining space that seats eight is just off of the kitchen for accessible al fresco dining.
The kitchen in the guest house offers ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all of the cookware you will need to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The dining table rests against the wall between the kitchen and living room, and comfortably seats four.
BED AND BATH
The luxurious primary suite in the main house features a king bed, en suite bathroom with soaking tub, private fireplace, and access to the patio with breathtaking mountain views. The primary suite also offers direct access to the outdoor hot tub.
The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second offers two doubles with a plethora of lounge seating, perfect for taking in the scenery let in by the large windows. The third bathroom is just outside the bedroom door in the hallway.
In the guest house, both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, ample closet space, and gorgeous antique bed frames, night stands, and chests of drawers. The primary suite has a king bed, and the guest suite has a queen.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The grounds of the Espiritu Estate are designed for both relaxation and gathering, with multiple spaces to enjoy Santa Fe’s natural beauty. A shaded outdoor living area with cushioned seating invites you to unwind with morning coffee or evening cocktails. The stone patio includes a dining area with seating for eight, perfect for al fresco meals under the New Mexico sky. Wander the beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with native plants and a tranquil pond, or soak in the private hot tub before stretching out on one of the sun loungers.
The patio outside of the guest house spans the front of the home and features a gas grill, a shaded dining table that seats four, and a separate area with a fire pit. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a late night and view Santa Fe’s famous night sky.
