Large windows allow natural light to flood in while providing continuous views of the surrounding vistas. KITCHEN AND DINING

Prepare meals in the naturally lit and fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. The primary bedroom boasts a plush king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a jacuzzi tub – an ideal retreat after a day of exploring. The first guest bedroom also includes a king bed and en-suite bath, featuring dual vanities for added convenience. The second guest bedroom is cozy with a queen bed, and an additional powder room in the hallway ensures there’s plenty of space for everyone.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- This home is cooled by an evaporative cooler rather than traditional A/C, which is standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate. Evaporative coolers are only available from May 15th - October 1st.

- The driveway is steep and may require a vehicle with 4-wheel drive in the winter months.

- This home is dog-friendly (for stays of 14 days or less only) with an additional $200 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.
