64 - Wonderful apartment facing the sea, barbecue, Wi-Fi and swimming pool!

- MINIMUM TWO NIGHTS - FOR FAMILIES ONLY - ACCOMMODATES 7 PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN - WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE - CHECK IN - As the building has an administration, registration is done in person from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm, check-in is not allowed on Sundays. Everyone must be present to register.

Daily rates are calculated starting at 6 PM. Check-in is from 6 PM to 8 PM, with a tolerance until 9 PM. Check-in is not allowed on Sundays. Visitors are not allowed - only pre-established individuals, as defined in our agreement and in the contract, will be allowed into the building. This is a residential building; hotel services are not provided. We do not provide bed linens, table linens, bath towels, or personal hygiene products. All windows and balconies have screens. PROTECTION.

Beachfront apartment with 2 bedrooms, one being a suite, living room with space for 2 areas, American-style kitchen, large laundry room with washing machine, terrace with barbecue, 2 parking spaces, 43' LED TV in the living room, bedroom with TV, ceiling fan, microwave, pillow, household utensils and much more.

Very well located in the Guilhermina area, the best area in Praia Grande. The area has complete infrastructure, a craft fair, supermarkets (CARREFOUR and EXTRA) 100m away, restaurants, Habib's, McDonald's and general commerce, in front of the boat square. Beautiful view of the entire coastline! It is permitted to use the condominium's leisure area - respecting the rules for its use. The leisure area is a courtesy. If, during your reservation period, there are restrictions on use, prohibition, maintenance, repairs, or closure of any item in the leisure area (swimming pools, gym, etc.), this will not be a reason to cancel our arrangements, as we must all follow the regulations. Hospedagem perfeita

Apartamento show de bola, muito bem mobiliado além de uma vista incrível para o mar. Fica a poucos metros do beach lounge e da feira de artesanato. Sem contar que na esquina do prédio tem um Carrefour. Infraestrutura completa de área de lazer no prédio! Tudo perfeito….espero voltar em breve.

Muito bem localizado e com uma infraestrutura excelente. Meu cunhado adorou e irá com os filhotes! Realmente para quem procura conforto e ótima organização é uma opção excelente. Ótima vista para praia e área comum do prédio maravilhosa, especialmente piscinas aquecida e de borda infinita.

O apto é um espetáculo... amplo, arejado e muito confortável !! A visão da sacada é algo que só estando presente para descrever a beleza que proporciona. Vista maravilhosa!

Adorei passar o final de semana de frente pro mar, apesar de não ter sido um final de semana com sol, o ap é maravilhoso bem limpo, vista maravilhosa de frente pro mar, bem espaçoso e voltaremos em breve com certeza.
