118 - Beachfront apartment, barbecue + Wi-Fi + pool!

- MINIMUM TWO NIGHTS

- FOR FAMILIES ONLY - We do not rent to youth groups or events.

Sleeps 7 people including children.

- CHECK-IN - As the building has an administration, registration is done in person from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm. Check-in is not allowed on Sundays. EVERYONE MUST BE PRESENT TO REGISTER.

Daily rates are calculated starting at 6 PM.

Check-in is from 6 PM to 8 PM, with a grace period until 9 PM.
Check-in is not allowed on Sundays.

- No visitors allowed - only pre-selected individuals, as defined in the contract, will be allowed into the condominium.

This is a residential building; hotel services are not provided.

We do not provide bed linens, table linens, bath towels, or personal hygiene products.

All windows and balconies have safety netting.

Beachfront apartment with 2 bedrooms, one being a suite, living room with space for two areas, American-style kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, terrace with charcoal barbecue, 2 parking spaces, 42' LED TV in the living room, bedroom with TV, ceiling and wall fans, microwave, pillow, household utensils (the kitchen has everything for daily use) and much more. Ideal for up to 7 people.

Very well located in the Guilhermina area, the best area in Praia Grande. The area has complete infrastructure, a craft market, supermarkets (CARREFOUR and EXTRA) 100m away, restaurants, Habib's, McDonald's and shops in general, right in front of the boat-shaped square.

Beautiful view of the sea!

It is permitted to use the condominium's swimming pool and leisure area - respecting the rules for its use.

The recreation area is complimentary.
If, during your reservation period, there are restrictions on use, prohibitions, maintenance, repairs, or closures of any item in the leisure area (swimming pools, gym, etc.), this will not be a reason for cancelling our arrangements, as we must all follow the regulations.

Tivemos ótimos dias de descanso e lazer no feriado! O apartamento é excelente e a localização melhor ainda! Nem um quarteirão do Carrefour! Como estávamos na beira da orla, não precisávamos andar muito para chegar na praia e a melhor parte era poder chegar no prédio no final de dia e curtir a piscina aquecida e a churrasqueira na varanda do apartamento! O proprietário Wagner, foi extremamente atencioso desde o início, atendendo nossas dúvidas e sendo flexível com nossas necessidades! Adoramos nossa viagem!

O apartamento é lindo, extremamente limpo e organizado. A localização e as instalações do condomínio são perfeitas. O proprietário do apartamento é super atencioso...só temos a agradecer. Foram dias incríveis...com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.
