Communication was great. Arrived early and were welcomed in with no issues. Received a visit on day one from the customer service rep assigned which was welcomed as it made us feel that the host cares. Conveniently located across the street from Cape Harbour that has great restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Fun for Everyone

We had 9 people and everyone was wonderfully comfortable.As nice as the house is, I think the highlight of the week was our last day as 3 manatees spent an hour just off of our dock entertaining us.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Coral Grand in Cape Coral! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, spacious, and comfortable the home was. The property was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.The pool and spa were definitely a highlight of our stay! We spent so much time outside enjoying the lanai, beautiful Florida weather, and peaceful waterfront views. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing during the day and unwinding in the evenings.The home itself was gorgeous, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen had plenty of room, and we especially loved having multiple areas throughout the house where everyone could gather.The waterfront setting made the entire experience feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It truly felt like our own private Florida getaway.We made some wonderful memories at Villa Coral Grand and were honestly sad when it was time to leave! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful home to families or groups looking for a spacious, relaxing, and luxurious Cape Coral vacation. Five stars — Villa Coral Grand did not disappoint!

Christmas 2024

The house was very accommodating for our adult family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Great pool and game room. We had a little issue with the master bedroom ceiling fan. When on, it made an aweful “clicking” sound so if u sleep with a fan on, this will need to be addressed. Will definitely stay again.
