5 Bedroom/4 Bath Saltwater Pool Home with Kayaks and Boat! Fishing off the dock!

This beautiful home sits on a salt water canal and is a short three minute boat ride from the beautiful open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This 3,000 sq. ft. waterfront property is fully furnished with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and will accommodate ten guests comfortably.
Enjoy biking, a game of pool, fishing and boating! Catch your own fresh sea fare of Blue Crab or Snook off your own private dock with a 10,000 lb. boat lift! Or just sit and relax in the screened-in private pool and spa.

We are located perfectly to all local beaches, restaurants and local happenings!

Property package includes kayaks,fishing poles and the use of our 2020 Sweetwater 2286 Tritoon! Must pay a one-time $200 fee to have a boat captains tutorial and access to the boat for your entire stay. Ask about details.

We provide a starter kit of the following: Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwashing detergent as well as laundry detergent for your personal needs for your vacation!!

Couples’ trip

We have rented lots of vacation homes but this ranks at the top of our list. We had a group of 5 couples and the house served us so well. The boat added so much fun and adventure to our trip. We did have two experienced captains in our group, but it was easy navigating the waters. The pool and hot tub were welcomed in the mornings and evenings. The home is well-stocked and anything we needed was brought right over.

Great kid and adult freindly amenities. A boat is a definate plus. Property managers we're very attentive and reached back in a timely manor. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Place

The place was perfect for our family vacation. The place has so many amenities…pool, bikes, games, kayaks, pool table..etc, that you couldn’t be bored. It was very clean and the hosts, Joe and Stephanie were easy and great to communicate with. You can tell they take much pride in their place, as they should! It is a must stay place in Cape Coral!

Family Vacay!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! The house was super clean upon arrival, and the owner was there to greet us! The pool and lanai was perfect for our kids and grandkids and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. Our son-in-law was thrilled with the pontoon boat as was our son and my husband. We would definitely stay again!!

A great week with our family for Feb vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie and Joe De lisle’s home in Cape Coral. The pool and Hot tub were great my children and grandchildren used everyday. We also loved the use of the pontoon boat was such a bonus we took it out several times with all 10 of us and had such a great time! Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Wonderful

Our family had a wonderful time here. The amenities really set this place apart! We enjoyed the pool, bikes, kayaks, bag toss, a kitchen with everything, etc. The pontoon ride out to Sanibel was fantastic (only go when the waters are calm). The owners were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. This is definitely one of the best rentals I've ever encountered.

Great Visit from the Frozen Tundra

We were a group of 10 from Minnesota who had a great time. The house was clean, well appointed and large enough for 10 of us. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces. Communication with our hosts Stephanie and Joe was easy. Joe provided a great tutorial about the pontoon boat. We took the boat out to Sanibel island for lunch and subsequent beach time. This was the highlight of the trip. My only suggestion is that Joe and Stephanie get a few more coffee cups.

Family fun

We had such a wonderful time at this wonderful property. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we all loved the boat! Found sand dollars and awesome shells at Sanibel Island. If it wasn't such a long way from home we would definitely be back. Highly recommend this property! Captain Joe and Stephanie were awesome to work with.

Spring Break

The rental experience was very easy. The property is very well maintained and has everything you might need. From the pool table to the swimming pool. We had a great time. The boat was a great addition to our time spent there. The area is coming back to life after the hurricane. We will be back.

Comfortable, Spacious and Relaxing

The house is perfectly set up for two couples to have separate, private en suite spaces (as was our group)and definitely for a large family/group. A few little hiccups that were addressed by the hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai dining area and pool, sat out there and relaxed for hours! The tritoon was a huge bonus with trips to the Sanibel lighthouse and a few dining places. Would definitely recommend this home and the hosts to any traveler!

What you see is what you get and MORE!

We spent the week with family and this house did not disappoint. If you can think it Joe and Stephanie have provided everything. The pontoon boat, spaciousness and location are what truly drew us to this location. We loved the pool along with the hot tub. I can't say enough good things about this house and the owners are just wonderful. We will be back and have also recommended this home to our friends.

Christmas Family Vacation

We booked this property for our family. We decided to make memories verses presents for Christmas. The property was perfect for this. Joe and Stephanie were very responsive to any questions. We had ample space for the entire family. The triton pontoon was a definite plus and our Grandson loved boating with Grandpa.The only downside of our vacation was the cool temps. The pool and hottub heaters would not stay running when temps were below 60. We really enjoyed the pool area on the warmer days.Also, enjoyed the games, kayaks and bikes. The property was very clean and well kept.

Wow! Awesome Vacation House

I must say that this vacation rental was very welled equipped with lots of amenities. If you get bored, its your own fault. From boating, fishing, bike riding, crabbing, swimming pool, kayaking, pool table, and even family games. We had a wonderful time!! I was even impressed with the linens they used and the the comfort of the beds. Not your typical hotel brand. They even had everything we needed for a day at the beach. ( chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler). I would diffently rent from them again. It was the perfect location and we loved the view every morning of the most beautiful sunrises!! My Granddaughter loved picking the fresh limes outside to squeeze in her ice water. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent house and property

Let me start with the communication with Stephanie...it was excellent. She was prompt and clear on all of my questions and concerns. At check in, her and her husband, Joe came to the house. She gave us instructions and sone recommendations for places to eat and/or go. Joe took me out on the boat to show how to navigate out to the river. The house was just like the pictures which was nice as you arent always sure it will be. The layout of the house is great as all bedrooms had some level of privacy. Great kitchen/living room area that can be opened up to the outside patio provided ample space. The property is well stocked from kitchen items, games, bikes, etc. Unfortunately our weather didnt totally cooperate with us but did over to the Boathouse on it and one evening toured the canals. As I said, the weather was cooler than expected in the evenings so that did cause some issues with the pool heater. Joe was over numerous times to ensure it was the best it could be and he was very accomodating. We had so much fun here and would definitely come back if we come back to Cape Coral. Thanks for the great vacation!!!

Awesome house awesome Hosts

We could not have been happier with our stay. The house is gorgeous and huge. So much space for our family of 10, which included a 9 month old baby. They have thought of everything. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and and so much fun. two master bedrooms was awesome for our multigenerational visit. Upon arrival Stephanie stopped by and reviewed a few instructions such as how to use the pool and the speaker system. The next morning Captain Joe came and showed us how to use the boat and gave directions to all of the cool places to take it!! Ok the boat, wow this thing is basically brand new and absolutely awesome. Our kids loved it!!!! They provided fishing poles and kayaks too. The bikes and pool table were awesome. I just can’t say enough good things. The house was spotless. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. They even provide a crab pot in case you have luck catching blue crab…. They supply crab traps so you can try lol. The grill setup was great. A few days we had day trips planned and my kids asked if we could just stay and hang out at the house instead. We were concerned since our stay was only a couple months after Hurricane Ian but the property is pristine. There is a damage nearby BUT it’s already being rebuilt and continued tourism is essential for this process. It barely impacted us at all. Although some places weren’t open, there was so much to do it didn’t matter. We plan on returning next year, Stephanie and Joe were the best hosts we have ever had at any rental. That alone is enough to warrant a return trip, but then that house, it’s just awesome.

Look no further, this is the place to stay! Everything about this home and location was excellent! Very clean home, very safe area, extremely comfortable beds. We used the space to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday and it easily accommodated 7 of us! I loved there were 4 bathrooms for us to use. It truly has all the amenities needed. Also, bikes, kayaks, and all kinds of extras! And then the pool and hot tub! Loved it all! The owners were extremely helpful, communication was prompt and they were very accommodating. You will not regret staying here!

We had a very enjoyable stay. We had 6 adults and 2 grandchildren (6 months and 2-1/2). The home was very comfortable and well stocked for children. The trundle bed was perfect for the 2-1/2 year old. No worries of her falling out of bed and a door connected to her parents room. We loved the pool and the pontoon boat. It has easy access to the river. New kayaks and bikes as well as toys enhanced our stay. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great time was had by all

Had a wonderful tine. Had everything we needed for a great week. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed everyday.. Kitchen was well stocked. Our daughters enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. Highlight was definitely having use of Tritoon boat. The whole family enjoyed it immensely. Used it almost daily, and evenings as well to see the sunset. Joe & Stephanie gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. All in all, we had a terrific time!

The Tritoon Boat Home

Owners, Joe and Stephanie were so nice. They were quick with responding back. Joe came out and gave us a quick tutorial of the boat. House was clean and roomy. My favorite was the backyard view of the pool, canal and the beautiful sky. They had a pool table which we used often, plenty of bikes for everyone, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as fishing pools we could use, but we brought our own. Plenty of beautiful beaches to go to. You could take the boat to the beaches or drive. Sanibel had beautiful blue water. Neighborhood was nice for walks. Sanibel and Fort Meyers has shops and restaurants to explore walking distance from the beaches. We kayaked and canoed the mangroves off of Sanibel Island. Fun. Laundry machine and dryer are huge industrial sizes, awesome. Everything was awesome- no complaints. Ten of us; my family, my brothers family and our mom had plenty of room and had the best time!! Highly recommend.

FANTASTIC VACATION IN CAPE CORAL

The house was just super for a family group of 10 ... kids had a blast in the beautiful pool and hot tub daily, fished the canal every day and had some wonderful cruises on the NICE boat that is included. House had tons of space, very well equipped and even included bikes, kayaks and a pool table in the garage. We kayaked a bit, grilled out a lot on the oversized propane grill (gas provided), chilled out inside, cooked a lot of meals in the well equipped kitchen, watched a lot of TV on the many TV's ... Owners are great, really nice people... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

GREAT stay at this Cape Coral home!!!

Nice home with space in the right places - kitchen, dining area, living area, etc. The pool and boat were both HUGE pluses for us. The home is equipped with most anything you'd need so be sure to look around before you buying something. Quick car trip for groceries, etc. Easy and quick communication with the hosts. We loved our time here.

We moved to SouthWest Cape Coral, Florida from Minnesota. We have grown to love our neighborhood and what it had to offer. It is close to the local Marinas and there is many choices for popular restaurants in the area. It is a perfect location for families traveling to enjoy Florida Sunshine.
