PLEASE NOTE:

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.

The Neighborhood:

Bartlett, New Hampshire is a gateway to the renowned White Mountains of New Hampshire! Its strong ski history drives its future. Bartlett is just a 10-15 minute drive from North Conway, a bustling town known for tax-free outlet shopping, restaurants, the Conway Scenic Railroad, and plentiful outdoor activities. This area offers year round activities ranging from, alpine skiing, leaf peeping, hiking, to ziplining at one of the many nearby ski resorts! With its strong mountain and community spirit, Bartlett, NH is sure to deliver on a classic New England experience!



Getting Around:

10 minute drive to nearby restaurants and shops located in downtown North Conway. Less than 5 minutes to a grocery store, and less than 10 minutes to nearby pharmacy.



Other Things to Note:

We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the driveway. There is another Ring Doorbell Camera located at the back entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure.

You must at least be 25 years old to book.



FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.



Note: Hot tub maintenance is scheduled every Wednesday.
