So close to StoryLand!

The views were unbeatable and the location was nice for us to doing lots of leaf peeping from there. The host was very responsive when contacted about some missing basics.

Great location with even better view

Incredible views with a perfect location. Just up the road from Storyland and a few minutes from North Conway. We had 4 adults and two small children and there was plenty of room to spare. Comfortable beds and everything needed for a east and enjoyable stay. Hope to be able to use the club house if we get to visit again!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this condo while in town for Nostalgia night at Storyland. Convenient location, great and immediately response from host when needed! Would definitely stay again. Beautiful view as well as close drive to alot of local water holes, trails etc! Thank you

Comfortable mountain retreat

My husband and I and our three adult children stayed here for a few days around the holidays. We found Joanne’s place to be very clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was a short ride to the town and other sites. Our host was very communicative and provided lots of helpful recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The neighborhood was very quiet and the mountain views were really spectacular!I would highly recommend this condo.

Hike to Mount Washington Summit.

The condo was perfect for the four of us, and would have been comfortable for two couples with children. Joanne was very responsive and accommodating. We were traveling with our adult children and had a lovely time. The views are stunning, hikes were great, and local restaurants were plentiful.

My family of six adults stayed quite comfortably and happy in this cozy, quiet and well-located condo. It has all one needs to stay inside and enjoy the view or to go easily to many wonderful trails, attractions and restaurants. The property manager is exceptional, taking care of everything and being available at all times.

Just as expected!

Everything was just as advertised so the good times began just as soon as we entered the condo! I was grateful to see the clean and well maintained condo in person that matched the photos and descriptions from online. We arrived in the evening so waking up in the morning to enjoy watching the sun’s light descend from the summit of Mt Washington down to the valleys below was more gratifying than any photo could adequately capture! Conveniently located to multiple ski resorts, short enough drive to Crawford Notch or Pinkham Notch, and short commute to all that North Conway has to offer. Also, plenty of snow fell during our stay and the neighborhood roads and parking were plowed and maintained more than adequately.

Mountain View’s in Comfortable Setting

Enjoyed a beautiful autumn weekend here with our twenty something kids and felt right at home. It’s a treat to wake up to views of the mountains. Joanne was extremely hospitable and helpful with hiking and restaurant suggestions. Although we were out except for breakfast and after dinner, the kitchen was well stocked with spices and other little items one might need. We were very pleased with our stay.

Best Rental in N. Conway

For anyone looking to rent in the North Conway area this is for you. I have rented in North Conway for over 20 years now and in that time have tried many areas none of which come close to staying on Christmas mountain at this particular condo. Every morning I spent my quiet time looking at the peaks of Mount Washington & the Mount Washington weather station along with the additional vistas of Attitash mountain. Not many rentals can you view the trails of one mountain on one side & the peaks of the highest mountains on the East Coast on the other. It is located absolutely perfect between everything we like from restaurants and shops to assorted mountain access. The condo was cozy and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I spoke with the owner before I left and before departing home to which she has one of those nicest and most generous property owners I’ve ever dealt with. This is a must stay to maximize your vacation experience!

Great location

This condo is in a perfect location for visiting Santa’s village and Storyland. It is comfortable for the family, very clean and well equipped. The only disappointment was the indoor pool which was very cold.

Beautiful Views - Convenient to Skiing

It’s great to be able to stare at Mt Washington after a hard day of skiing. There is a clubhouse with an indoor pool as well. Plenty of sleeping options for the family. It is a good place to ski at either Attitash or Wildcat.

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, beds so comfortable, the pool and outdoor hot tub were clean and we were impressed with the Covid procedures at the clubhouse. Will be back for sure. The owner Joanne was so wonderful to talk with and accommodating. Great experience.

Perfect location, amazing views right from the living room

Joanne was so accommodating!!!! She let us check in early and check out late. The place was in great shape. Lots of room but yet cozy. Instructions to check in and out very easy. Close to so many different things. The view of the mountains right from the living room were stunning. We were also able to book private hot tub sessions at the club house down the road. We went for our anniversary and could not be happier. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely mountain getaway.

Owner Cancelled on us

So less than 24hrs before we were to depart to go to this destination, the owner canceled on us. Stating she overbooked by accident. She then stated that she would help us try to find another place by checking with neighbors with similar units. She texted us that no one had anything available but would look online for us, let us know what she finds and would issue us a full refund and 2 nights free at this same location. After this text, she went silent. Absolutely no further follow-up and no refund. 4 days later we inquired about our refund and she complied that day. Needless to say, we lost money because, after our booking confirmation, we scheduled the trip, the house sitter and pet sitter. NOTE: Most VRBO places won't allow you to book something else when you are trying to find something in less than 24hrs. We had to change our plans entirely! This was a horrible experience and caused lost funds, as well as a LOT of stress and anxiety. I DO NOT recommend this owner at all. We don't want the 2 free nights she offered for fear that if she can't keep her rental calendar straight and keep it updated on VRBO, then how can we trust it won't happen again.

Great winter vacation

We were a group of 6. Two children and 4 adults. Plenty of room for all. We also have a family of five across from us in another condo which was so fun. The view is incredible - doesn’t get old. Fun was had by all!

Great long weekend stay

Great location and beautiful views, the colors were amazing! Nice condo which had everything we needed for our stay. We were a party of 6 adults and the condo has lots of room and only negative is that it's a bit outdated. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in condo since the weather was perfect and we were out exploring.

After years of visiting friends just 2 doors down we took the plunge and haven't looked back! Our family of 5 enjoyed the nearby parks and smaller ski mtns in the early years and moved on to more challenging outdoor adventures in recent years. (daughters ages 31, 28 and a son age 26). From skiing, skating and hiking, to kayaking and lounging at Echo Lake and the Saco River, the area never disappoints! While my young adults are hiking the 4000 footers, I gravitate to the waterfalls! ask me about our favorite restaurants and live music options and tax free outlet faves. Our goal is to make your stay special!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the panoramic views of the mountains from our living room couch and deck, as well as the spacious family room and beautiful mountain breeze. Starting our day with coffee on the deck and ending it with a cocktail while enjoying the mtn view never disappoints!
Other units didn't combine both. the 2nd level is great for the kids to retreat to. And it's so quiet; we love the tranquility after an active day! Plus central to everything! 10 mins to downtown North Conway to the South, and 5 minutes to Jackson to the North. mins from StoryLand and many ski resorts.

What makes this property unique

Location/ Location! + luxurious king bed in master; plus 3 new queen mattresses. A well-equipped kitchen with spices and basics and peninsula for company while cooking. Quiet upstairs bedroom behind french doors and loft area for kids play. Multiple TV's with full cable. and best mountain views! AC mini splits/gas fire place. recently! just installed more efficient windows on the first floor and a new expansive sectional and ottoman.
