Make yourself at home in this spacious, family-friendly top-floor apartment in Brisbane South. Three queen bedrooms and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with room for everyone to relax together or enjoy privacy. Two large balconies overlook the Mount Gravatt area and provide inviting outdoor spaces for morning coffee or a quiet evening.

Enjoy a bright open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi throughout, air-conditioning, washing machine and dryer, lift access and convenient self check-in. Two secure parking spaces are located behind a garage door. A standard 10A power point is available for EV charging with your own compatible travel charger; it is not a dedicated fast charger.

Walk to local shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and public transport, with convenient access to Westfield Mt Gravatt, Griffith University, QEII Hospital, Sunnybank and Brisbane CBD. Bottled water, milk, coffee and instant noodles are provided as welcome essentials. A practical, comfortable choice for families, groups, business trips and longer stays. A travel cot can be provided on advance request for AU$60 per night, subject to availability.

Excellent apartment, well worth it!

This was an incredible place. It seemed brand new, very clean, spacious and modern. Walking distance to a bunch of shops, restaurants, grocery stores. But also 2 parking spaces if you needed. Was very impressed and pleased with our stay!

This unit has a great layout, is modern and tastefully furnished. It was close to where we needed to be and was well thought out & clean with comfortable beds. The little extras like coffee pods, tea bags, menthols were all really appreciated. Definitely recommend this unit.
