Too good to be true and a must-see! Amazing private modern home with a compound that surrounds a lawn and a pool, only 5 minutes from beautiful Montecito beaches and downtown Montecito!

This contemporary glass home is precisely where you want to be when the pool is sparkling and the sun is shining. Hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, sliding glass doors, a lawn area with chirping birds, this home provides privacy and is excellent for entertaining. A two-car garage with a circular driveway, this home is quiet, elegant, and sophisticated.

Three bedrooms en suite. Eat-in kitchen with outdoor access to private patio; large living room with fireplace, with outdoor access to the pool area and extensive patio, living room area with outdoor access to grill and patio;

Each bedroom has its own sliding glass doors leading to a private patio. Private Den with built-ins and sliding glass doors. Dual master suites with built-ins and two master baths plus a sauna!

The perfect home for vacation, relaxation, or remote work. Resort living at its best. Highly sophisticated glasshouse. The home and location are excellent. Truly a magnificent gem!

Lovely light-filled and spacious home

We had such a wonderful stay in this home. It was perfect for our group -- me and my husband along with my 80+ year-old parents and our two teenage kids. There are three large rooms with en-suite bathrooms at separate ends of the house so everyone had plenty of private space. The living areas are spacious and lovely, and the kitchen was well-stocked; we love to cook and had everything we needed to cook dinner every night. The garden is beautiful and extends the living space into the outdoors. The house was very clean, though it could benefit from some TLC around the edges. If you are looking for a newly-renovated property, this is probably not the right choice for you, but it was perfect for us because it is so spacious. (My brother and his family rented a home in East Mesa at the same price point; it was perfectly renovated but much smaller.) For folks who are not familiar with Montecito, this location is perfect - 10 minutes by car from great hiking and 10 minutes to the beach. The property management company, Casago, were very responsive and proactive; I would definitely rent from them again.
