Cosy house with garden for 2-4 persons

Very cozy self-catering house for 2 - 4 persons with garden. An ideal place of rest. Magnificent large private garden in a sunny location. 2 bedrooms in the basement with window. Downstairs there is an open plan fully fitted kitchen with open living room, dining table and sofa and a conservatory with a sofa. Both the conservatory and the living room has a TV. Furthermore, the shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor each with quick heater with thermostat. A wood burning stove in the EC ensures comfort. In the house a storage heater is available which was built in 2013 around the clock is running up and down with room thermostat. Washer and dryer complete this comfortable accommodation.
In the summer garden furniture and barbecue.
The base station of Hochalmbahn is about 2.5 km away. Bus stop about 50 meters.
Linen provided.


This beautiful house has been occupied by the owner himself and lovingly restored. The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility. Walks can be started from the house.

Definitely worth its money

I like this house. Not luxury but cozy, quiet and with perfect view from the windows. In case it is cold outside it has heating which can be separately turned on for bedrooms and for ground floor. Lots of wandering possibilities and own lawn important for those who come with the dog. Nearest grocery is in 3.2 km.

Nette Kontakte, schön ruhig gelegen, einfache aber vielseitige Ausstattung.

Abgesehen von den beiden im Kellergeschoss befindlichen Schlafzimmern fanden wir diese Unterkunft von Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele die gut zu erreichen sind. Preis zu Leistung ist ok.

Das Haus ist super schön Super viel Platz Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist gross ideal wenn man seinen Hund mitnimmt . Die Umgebung ein Traum Super tolle Nachbarn die immer helfen . Wir werden jedes Jahr wieder kommen !!!

Gut ausgestattetes Haus zum allein bewohnen

Das Haus zum allein bewohnen befindet sich im nahe dem Dorfteil Wörth und eine Bushaltestelle ist in nur 3 Min. Fussweg erreicht. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. Für Hundebesitzer ist dies wichtig. Unser 12 KG schwerer mittelgroßer Hund hatte jedoch keine Probleme über den Zaun zu springen,In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein Bauernhof mit freilaufendem Hund und Katze, sowie Pferden und Kühen (umzäunt). Direkt vom Haus können Wanderungen den Berg hinauf begonnen werden. Im Haus befindet sich ein Carport ohne Tor für das eigene Auto. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist modern und es fehlt an fast nichts. Wir vermissten nur eine Teekanne. Dafür gab es 2 Kaffeemaschinen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß - hat dafür aber kein Tiefkühlfach. Im Keller stand ein außer Betrieb befindlicher Eisschrank des Besitzers. Ebenso im Keller befinden sich die 2 Schlafzimmer, die durch eine Nachspeicherheizung gemeinsam beheizt werden. Ein Schlafzimmer im Keller beherbergt einen geräumigen Schrank und eine Kommode für die Urlauber. Ebenso muss sich der Urlauber direkt neben dem Bett stehend an den Wasserboiler, einen Eisschrank (offline), eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner (Trocknertür ist defekt - es gibt aber einen Workaround) gewöhnen. Dies sorgt in beiden Kellerräumen für ein feuchtes Klima. Trotz Nachtspeicherheizung im Sommer waren alle Betten leider immer klamm. Ein Warmwasserheizkörper im 2. Kellerschlafzimmer wird vom Holzofen im Wohnbereich gespeist. Das WC ist sehr klein und wir hatten Probleme die Tür zu schließen wenn wir drin standen. Für Urlauber mit großem Körperumfang könnte dies problematisch werden. Weder Dusche noch WC hatten eine Heizung - was uns im Sommer aber nicht gestört hat. Der Wohn-Essbereich führt zu einem schönen Wintergarten mit Sofa und Schreibtisch. Sogar ein Drucker hätte benutzt werden dürfen. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Tisch mit Sitzbank und modernen Sitzmöbeln, sowie ein Sonnenschirm und Grill. Die Holzbriketts für den Kaminofen lagern im Carport und waren auch bei Sommer-Schneefall nötig. Für 4 Personen ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. In Wörth gibt es einen kleinen Tante-Emma-Laden für das Notwendigste. In Rauris - 30 Min. Fußweg - sind 2 Supermärkte. Restaurants a la Carte waren im Sommer nur 2 Italiener zur Verfügung. Andere Gasthöfe kochten nur für Hausgäste. In Rauris gibt es einen Agility-Platz für sportliche Hunde. Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen, da es uns im Keller zu klamm war.

Nettes Häuschen

Kleines Häuschen mit guter Ausstattung - Waschmaschine, Trockner, Garage fürs Auto, etc. Der Garten ist auch sehr nett, (super für Urlaub mit Hund) und noch dazu eingezäunt. Der Ort Rauris bzw. Wörth ist sehr schön, es gibt vom Haus weg Wanderwege bzw. möglichkeiten, sonst ist man mit wenigen Autominuten bei der Gondeltalstation, am talende in Kolm saigurn, Kitlochklamm etc. auch die Nachbarin war sehr hiflsbereit.
