What makes Portico Getaway special:
• Please note that our townhome is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
MAIN FLOOR:
• Open, bright living room with flat-screen TV (with cable), gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), a queen sofa sleeper & loveseat
• Designated dining area w/ dining table and seating for 6
• Fully remodeled and well-equipped kitchen with large countertops (including bar stool seating for 3), fridge/freezer, ice maker, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, etc.
• Stackable washer/dryer combo
• Bathroom with a shower, toilet & sink
• A fabulous deck off of the main dining area that offers seating for up to 6 people, a BBQ, and a private hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing, snowboarding, or any other mountain adventure!
2nd FLOOR:
• Master bedroom with King bed and sofa
• En-suite bathroom with his/her sinks, shower, toilet & large jetted tub
3rd FLOOR:
• Bathroom with shower, toilet & sink
• First Guest bedroom with a Bunk bed (twin over full) and Single loveseat sleeper (twin) - *the bunk bed will be replaced with a Queen bed in Spring 2025)*
• Second Guest bedroom with a King bed (just updated, so pictures are coming!)
Each bedroom includes a smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services, as well as WiFi Internet (no cable access).

IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
