Terrigal short stay

The property was very quiet. Well appointed had very nice features like a pool and sauna and very close to Terrigal. We had a great stay.

Clean and neat. Well organised and lots of extras like the pool & sauna, and close by site seeing in the area, within walking distance. This was a proper holiday feeling and comfortable stay.

worst place - Stay here and spoil your break

Place was extremely dirty. Worst bedding, full of lints, towels were stinking and it has spider recedes. Lots of Dirts on the bed frame. No basic facilities like tissue box or paper towels. Host was extremely rude and insensitive towards all the issues. I booked for 2 nights but checked out just in one night. Photos of property are misleading. Book this one if and only you want to spoil your break and waste your money. I have all the pics and videos with proof. I wish app has option to upload it. As they will speak the truth of the property.

These guests arrived at 11,30pm they were loud and sounded intoxicated. Then they sent multiple messages to my phone until midnight saying WE WANT MOVIE TIME NOW WHERE IS THE THEATRE. Then i got up to see what all the noise was and they were standing outside with the door open and the inside lights on letting the insects fly in and then text. THERE ARE MOSQUITOS IN HERE WE ARE NOT HAPPY. then text there is dust on a lamp and on the bed base. they sent multiple photos of very minor dust. then they opened the wardrobe and done a close up photo of some dust in the corner. The next morning i text them and said this is not a movie theatre its a sound healing theatre and you can book it during the day . The demanded i send a cleaner, new sheets and towels and a box of tissues immediately. I said those sheets and towels were just washed and dried that morning. They said there is some lint on them. Then they text give us the stay for free and we will do the cleaning. At this point I contacted vrbo immediately as i feel they were pulling a scam to get a free stay. The person i spoke to at the help section made notes of this and said do not offer them a free stay. The people left the next day leaving rubbish and wine bottles and left the air conditioning on and something disgusting in the toilet. They asked for a refund , i said. The computer says No !
