We had a very nice stay at this property. The home is large with plenty of room and a nice backyard with a dock and a barbecue. It was very clean. There were plenty of kitchen items provided such as small appliances, dishes, dish soap, garbage bags, and odds and ends drawer. There were board games and books provided plenty of towels and extra blankets in the linen closet. Firewood was already in the fire pit, although we didn’t use it. Good communication we would stay here again.

You cannot really sleep 8 adults in this property. The day bed has a 4 inch mattress that is placed on top of the additional 4 inch mattress that is supposed to be placed on trundle when you pull it out. Pulling it out was not an easy process. We did not use it. The futon in sun room was very uncomfortable for an adult. Not long enough for 6 ft adult. The queen beds were very nice and comfortable. Property is very clean and nice to use. The large walk-in shower in master worked great for my 90yr old mother. You should advertise this as ADA accessible it was perfect for her. I would rent again if I was only bringing 5 adults. It is a lovely home.

House Manager and Owner were very helpful and responsive with our needs. I do agree with a previous review, we also experienced the small hole in the ceiling, hole in the deck but it didn’t impact us too much, we were told that was scheduled to be fixed. I would say this house was very comfortable for us with exception of a few issues that were resolved quickly. I would say this place could use some landscaping maintenance, various repairs, to make it worth the cost of the current daily rental. Something to use in the water would add value. The view, the neighbors, well stocked, comfortable beds, the town and quick responses would be on my top list of positives.

The location was beautiful, the property was joined with the neighbors property which was odd. They were nice and friendly but had three dogs constantly on our deck getting into our food while trying to eat. The neighbor was constantly in our yard cleaning up dog poop, sometimes would not get all of it. Not the privacy I was expecting. The house had several issues. Hole in ceiling rotted boards on deck and dock. The bathroom sinks were broken, kitchen faucet leaks bad. Loved the location but feel it was over priced. As much as I liked the location, I would not recommend.

We stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. The house was very cute and there is a great view of the lake. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Seamless check in/check out. Would definitely stay here again!
