Just 5 minutes by water or just a short walk to Lake Huron's turquoise shores.
Cast a line for bass, walleye, perch & steelhead right in the backyard, or hop in a kayak and paddle off. Good swimmer? The water's clear enough to spot fish swimming by.

We started this adventure back in 2017 and have loved every minute of it. We're proud of our little slice of Oscoda and love sharing all the beauty and fun our town has to offer with our guests.
When we're not hosting, you'll find us traveling, cheering on our favorite teams, boating & fishing on Lake Huron and the AuSable River, or relaxing outside by a bonfire.

It's all about location without skimping on comfort. You'll have direct access to the AuSable River and Lake Huron, with parking right out front for your boat or jet ski — plus every comfort of home. We're walking distance to restaurants, beaches, ice cream shops, and multiple fishing spots.
The fun doesn't stop when summer ends — we're open year-round! Catch a fall color tour and the steelhead run, or grab your snowshoes, skis, or snowmobile and hit the trails just half a mile away.
There's history here too — our home sits at the finish line of the AuSable River Canoe Marathon, near where Sawyer Canoe built its first canoes, on the former site of Tiny's AuSable Bait and Tackle.
