The property was clean and conveniently located for the reason for our visit, but is older. The sliding glass door was difficult to close and was actually open when we first arrived. The refrigerator was old and the bottom vent is falling off. The bed is extremely noisy. The sofa is sagging.The grounds are very nice as you drive in. The unit is far from the Gulf but overlooks a small, pretty swimming pool.You must pay 25 for a parking pass. The lowest time frame to purchase was for a 2-3 night stay.We only stayed one night so it wasn't bad, but don't think it would have been comfortable for more than that. For the rental cost of the studio unit, we we didn't feel like it was worth it.
