We’re local to Milwaukee and have a deep appreciation for the city, its history, and the unique charm found in so many of its homes. We love being hosts because it gives us the chance to share that experience with others while preserving and maintaining these properties so guests can enjoy them for years to come.

Why they chose this property

This home is located in one of Milwaukee’s charming historic neighborhoods, just blocks from downtown and close to many of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, and entertainment spots. We love how easy it is to explore the city while still enjoying the character and quieter residential feel of the neighborhood.

Guests can spend the day walking to local coffee shops, catching an event at Fiserv Forum, or exploring nearby breweries and nightlife, then come back to relax in the private backyard hot tub or gather around the fire pit. The neighborhood is filled with beautiful historic homes and tree-lined streets that give the area a welcoming, classic Milwaukee feel.

What we enjoy most is the balance of convenience and comfort—you’re close to everything Milwaukee has to offer while still having a spacious home where groups can unwind, cook meals together, and enjoy time outdoors. It’s a great spot for family trips, celebrations, game weekends, and group getaways.

What makes this property unique

What makes this home stand out is the combination of historic Milwaukee character and modern group-friendly amenities. The Cream City brick exterior and original charm give the home a unique personality, while the fully renovated interior offers the comfort and convenience guests expect for a relaxing stay.

The layout was designed with groups in mind, featuring four bedrooms, flexible sleeping arrangements, a spacious living room, and a large dining table that comfortably seats 10. Guests also love the private backyard setup, which includes a hot tub, fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining area—perfect for gathering after a day exploring the city.

Its location is another major highlight. Being within walking distance of downtown, Fiserv Forum, breweries, restaurants, and entertainment makes it easy for guests to experience Milwaukee without spending much time driving. The mix of historic charm, outdoor space, and proximity to the city creates a stay that feels both memorable and convenient.
