Stone house located in a quiet area close to the village and the sea.
This house comprises on the ground floor, a living room and a kitchen opening onto the garden. On the ground floor, two bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be coupled to make a bed of 160x200 and a shower room. On the second floor, a bedroom with two single beds (80x190), a TV room and a shower room.
You are 5 minutes walk from the village and shops. You will find in the centre, butcher, bakery, supermarket, press house but also a cinema.
Ten minutes from the village to the beach of Godelins, ideal for swimming and shellfish fishing. 2 beaches in the town (Les Godelins and Les Moulins).
The house is located on the route of the Vélomaritime which offers a unique cycling adventure on more than 1400 kilometres of varied coastal landscapes, from the English Channel to the North Sea. The Breton part of this cycle route offers varied maritime and rural landscapes: Dinard, Cap Fréhel, the bay of Saint Brieuc, the Côte du Goëlo, the Pink Granite Coast, the bay of Morlaix...
1 hour from Cap Fréhel and the medieval town of Dinan. You will also be 45 minutes from Paimpol and the island of Bréhat.

Horse riding, Ajoncs d'Or golf course at 6 km, Hiking, Tennis, mini golf, seawater swimming pools on the Casino beach and on La Banche beach, Mountain biking (traditional and electric) bike rental 5 minutes walk, Fishing, Heated swimming pool (Goelys), Sailing, Diving, kayaking, paddle, etc

Notes:
Linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) is optional. We offer linen rental for 10 euros per person to be paid on arrival.
Possibility to provide a cot, high chairs and bathtub.
Mandatory cleaning at the end of the stay. The kitchen area is to be done (dishes done, workspace cleaned and bin emptied).
