The townhouse is unusual for its spacious layout and because it is filled with light. Three metre ceilings in the huge north-facing living area provides unparalleled light and comfort. Match that with original artwork everywhere and luxury, eclectic furniture and you can't do better.
In a cul-de-sac away from the main roads, the house is safe and secure. Downstairs are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The house is ideal for a small family or a couple. The main bedroom has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, plenty of space, and opens into a small, green private courtyard. The second bedroom has a double bed, is filled with lght all day, and the antique oak table makes a great working space.
Upstairs, the main living space comprises a huge open plan area with the kitchen, dining suite, lounge, and patio. Like to entertain? The kitchen is has everything, with lots of bench space. The Australian blackwood timber dining table wiyth leather upholstered solid timber dining chairs seats eight people - perfect for a dinner party, but also ideal for guests requiring more work space. In the lounge you can sink into the Italian leather couch or enjoy the comfort of restored antique armchairs.
