Inside you will find everything you need for an easy and memorable stay. The bedroom and living areas are spacious while offering a cosy and warm ambience for you to unwind and relax. Well insulated to remain cool in summer and warm in winter. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and double glased windows. Separate driveway with remote control access, lock up garage and carport available. EV Granny charger available .The main bedroom features a king size bed . the lounge room has a queen size lounge that is a sofa bed. We are bee keekers and in the rear of our one acre property we have our hives . We offer honey tasting of our raw and infused honey .Now that winter is coming our fire pit will be available.Under our star filled sky enjoy the warm fire and the views The winter chill is about the bathroom underfloor heating to make your stay a pleasure .Included in your stay Breakfast provided

Fantastic, much better than I expected!

Wonderful!

Spotless, well appointed accommodation. Hosts are very welcoming and have thought of everything guests could need. Crystal clear pool, gorgeous view, quiet and relaxing location. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay in Bathurst at this beautiful accommodation. It had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—making it feel like a home away from home. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet still close to everything we needed. The hosts were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. To top it off, it was incredibly affordable, offering fantastic value for money. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Amazing experience!

From the time we reached there, Allan and Loraine made us feel welcomed as if we were visiting family or friends.The property was super clean, very well supplied and they seem to have carefully considered little details to make the experience great - things like there is a small torch in keychain for example. The porch has amazing mountain views and you can enjoy perfect sunset. They are also beekeepers, they offered us free honey tasting and samples. We really liked it and purchased some of it. They were generous with their time when giving us lots of interesting and useful information about beekeeping and surroundings. They prepared a very safe and cozy cot for our toddler as well and had plenty of milk in the fridge for the little oneWe highly recommend this stay if you are visiting Bathurst, Mount Panorama or surrounds

Pick this one! Best place ever!

Could not have asked for anything more! This accommodation had everything you could possibly need and extra. My husband and I compared it to a 5-star hotel and this "home away from home" got our vote. The hosts were incredible and very welcoming; they even invited us for dinner with no pressure to attend. We were able to use their heated pool if we wished and they provided breakfast included in the price. They had stocked the fridge with wine, beer and other goodies that we could purchase if desired. There was also bags of chips etc available for purchase too. Unlike 5-star hotels the prices were very reasonable. Allan and Lorraine (hosts) checked in on a daily basis to see if there was anything else we needed. They gave us advice on places to visit around Bathurst when we asked. The bed was huge and super comfortable, and the pillows were great. There were also extra pillows in the robe if you needed them but the ones on the bed were enough for us. There was a BBQ on the deck and the view was amazing. The accommodation was peaceful and very quiet. We will definitely be back when we return to Bathurst. Thank you, Allan and Lorraine, you were wonderful hosts, and you made our stay better than we hoped it would be.P.S. Best honey ever!
