Private, free standing heritage property close to the CBD. The building has been sympathetically restored and stylishly decorated with a modern kitchen, bathroom/laundry, bedroom, undercover carport and a beautiful French style courtyard. It has won several national trust awards.
It is a short walk/drive to Bathurst CBD and numerous sporting facilities including netball, tennis, football and swimming pool. Other nearby features include walking/cycle pathways and cafes around the Macquarie river. For those attending Mount Panorama events or Charles Sturt University it is a short 5-10 minute drive.

Tannin Apartment (circa 1850) was once the separate outbuilding of a Georgian residence built by William Page. He established one of Bathurst’s first tanneries on this original block. His residence "The Tannery" is one of the oldest existing houses on the western side of the Macquarie River. The restoration of the main Tannery residence and adjoining Tannin Apartment was undertaken in 2012 by the current owners.
