This home is conveniently located only 3 minutes from a fitness center and 5 minutes from shopping. Inside, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open-concept living and dining room with granite counter tops and a gas fireplace in the living room.

When the sun’s shining, soak up the rays in the incredible outdoor area. A covered dining area, sun loungers by sparkling swimming pool, and all of it framed by a view of the Sandia Mountains.

Could not be happier — view of balloon park and mountain — quiet safe area - property situated in such a way that although neighbors are close you have pretty much complete privacy —- with wide open sky —- pool / hot-tub and throughout the house everything you need // very clean. — and to top it off shopping is just 10 minutes away ! We enjoyed our stay at this property a great deal. The pool hot tub area is fantastic and that was the main reason why we booked. Very close to shopping - Target is only 2 minutes away and the grocery store is about 5. Also located well for all of the tourist spots - everything was about 20 minutes away in any direction.
