Place Needs Maintenance! Pigeons outside windows. Stove burner not working. Faucet in bathroom loose. Windows hard to operate, if at all possible. Glad close to Food Fare market and bus lines. Glad security worked.

A very old house that has not been updated. Security is good and instructions to use were clear and consise. AC unit was an older model and leaked water over floor causing musty smell. Laundry was in the basement and we were not allowed to use due to ongoing construction. Place is not worth what was being asked however it is downtown and close to restaurants and grocery store on a busy one way street

Thank you for your review. Our rate is as low as a compsite spot at any national park. The reason it was added up and you have to pay for the final price was 3 kinds of taxes (18%) booking fee (18%) and cleaning fee. In the end it is not even enough for us to pay taxes licenses utilities maintenance. We appreciated your booking to stay with us and we are striving to improve our condition to serve. Have a good one !
