This home is located in a calm neighbourhood. There are many public transport options around the house, and it is not far from many attractions. The home is ideal for family vacations, group getaways, and business trips.
There are three bedrooms( two queen and two double beds) and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet, and the bathroom has a bathtub and shower.
The basement also contains a small workout room fitted with a treadmill, a stationary bike, and some weights. A washer, dryer, and accompanying equipment are also available to our guests during their stay.
Two cozy living areas with smart TVs for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials, complimentary coffee, and cereal to start your day right.
Walking through the front door, you'll find a clean place ready to welcome you. Please get in touch with us if you need anything during your stay; we will assist you as soon as possible.
*** PLEASE NOTE THAT SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN: CIGARETTES AND WEED** Please note that a designated smoking area is in the backyard.

Please check out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Please follow these simple checkout steps to help us prepare for the next guests:
Please leave used towels in the bathroom. No need to strip the beds. Place all garbage in the outside bins. Load and start the dishwasher, then return clean dishes to their original place.
Turn off all lights, appliances and lock windows and doors.
For Outdoor Equipment, clean and return any used items.
Check for your belongings before leaving. Use the smart lock to lock the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
