Located just a short distance to the beach, restaurants, access to a community pool and dock and much more. The space offers the kitchen, living room, and dining room on the first level. There is also a king bedroom with a hall bathroom. Upstairs, there are the 3 remaining bedrooms that include a queen, king with ensuite bathroom, and two sets of bunk beds (one with two twins and the other double/twin). You are within walking distance from enjoying local beers and delicious food at the Ocean View Brewery, as well as a few other exceptional restaurants; Drifting Ground, The Cafe 26, etc. For golfers, Bear Trap Dunes, a top-rated course in Delaware, is a just 5-minute drive.
