The Second Level is a guest's dream, offering a secondary living room for movie nights and separate relaxation. This floor includes an upstairs primary suite with two queen beds, a bright third bedroom with two full beds and a dedicated office nook for remote work, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. Guests only have access to the pools located at the Pavilion near the front of the community.

Amenity Passes are required for use of the community amenities. You will be provided a link prior to arrival to purchase your passes online directly from the Bear Trap HOA. Children age 3 and under are free. There are no refunds of any kind for passes purchased. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association.

LINENS
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; and bathmats for all full baths. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, and (1) kitchen trash bag. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

RESTRICTIONS

The maximum occupancy is 12 people.

There is a parking limit of 3 vehicles, in accordance with community rules.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.

The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
