Conveniently located in Sea Pines, two min walk to beach and easy access to Golfing in Sea Pines/Harbor Town. Bluff Villas is conveniently located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Resort. You will be within a few steps to all the conveniences of South Beach, including shops, restaurants like the Salty Dog, seasonal live music, seasonal happy hour boat tours of the sound (Salty Dog happy hour cruise), and the trolley service to other locations within Sea Pines Resort. Conveniently located to Calibogue Sound and the South Beach Marina Village. You can easily access rentals for kayaking, jet skis, paddle boards, and bikes. A short walk to the South Beach Pickleball and pool. Convenient first floor unit with large private patio with easy access to the beach! Pool fee included with rental, beach cart with chairs, a cooler, and even beach towels provided. (Saturday to Saturday rentals only) max capacity is “sleeps six”, minimum age of renter 34.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Placed all used towels in the hall bathtub. Log out of smart tv apps.
Take trash to dumpster. Remove opened food from ref and freezer. Unopened items can be left as a donation to housekeeping staff.
Lock up beach cart and chairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Sunless tanning products- these stain bed linens and upholstery. Please use caution and use towels when sitting on the upholstery.
Please run bathroom exhaust fans when showering (bathrooms get very humid and can peel paint.
Gaming Systems. We prefer that gaming systems not be used during your stay. $200 service call if the tv needs re-programming after your checkout.

Convenience and location, walk to everything!
Trolley service runs throughout Sea Pines during peak season and limited schedule after peak season. Trolley takes you to Harbor town.

What makes this property unique

Nicely appointed with convenience of a first floor unit. Recently remodeled. Contact me if you wish to stay a few extra days, I may be able to accommodate outside of the Saturday to Saturday schedule.
