Lil` Pearl is a charming 2-bedroom beach cottage just 150 meters from the beautiful shores of Pearl Beach. Sleeping up to six guests, it features a king bed in one bedroom and two single bunk beds in the other, making it perfect for families.

Relax on the spacious deck with water glimpses, enjoy alfresco dining, fire up the BBQ, or unwind in the lounge area. The front yard features a trampoline, providing extra fun for the kids while you sit back and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Pearl Beach is a hidden gem, offering a stunning ocean pool, an arboretum, tennis courts, and scenic national park bush walks. The tennis courts are a 5 min walk away near the arboretum. Please look up Pearl Beach Tennis Club for more information.

A short drive away, Umina and Ettalong provide access to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, markets, and the Palm Beach ferry.

Access to Lil" Pearl is via a short garden pathway with one step up onto the deck, creating a peaceful and private entrance to your coastal retreat.

Wonderful week-end in Pearl beach

The house was clean and practical, the large terrace is nice for enjoying a barbecue, the children had fun on the trampoline... we had a very pleasant weekend.
