About this property

This community is located in the North Georgia mountains and on Lake Chatuge.

This luxurious three bedroom "ONE LEVEL" 2.5 bath Condo is an end unit that you can enjoy views of the lake to the beautiful landscape. Sleeps 8. The Master King size bed suite has a large sitting area with two club chairs in a bay window and a couch that makes into a queen size bed.
Enjoy the large Jetted tub bath and separate shower in the Master Bedroom. There is also a large double sink area . Each of the three bedrooms are located in each corner giving each occupant privacy. There is a large Jack and Jill combination Shower/ tub for the guest bedrooms that also has a double sink area. The half bath is located next to the corner bedroom which gives privacy for both occupants. The family room is an open floor plan with a six seated dinning table and living area. The family area also has a 4 seated table in a bay offset area with both a view of the lake as well as the beautiful landscape. The balcony off of the living room has a 4 seat umbrella table and two comfortable wicker chairs to sit and take in the beautiful view of Lake Chatuge.
Enjoy boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, nearby spa, golfing or simply relaxing. Escape the traffic, heat, crowds, and relax and recharge. Reliable internet and great cell coverage which helps make the perfect getaway. While there are docks there, there is not a slip available. Come explore North Georgia's Best Kept Secret. The pictures online do not do this home justice...it is beautiful and spacious! The kitchen was very stocked and the furnishings were cozy. The fireplace was amazing. I would highly recommend this home and hopefully we will be back next year!

Lake chatuge birthday trip

We had such a wonderful time at your property. It’s so well equipped with everything you need the views are beautiful of the lake and so close to walk down and enjoy the lake. Our family had a wonderful birthday for my husband, and we would love to come back again.

Perfection!!!

Without a doubt, this was the nicest place for a vacation! The condo was extremely well appointed and the sunset overlooking the lake and mountains was breathtaking. The owner was so kind and went out of the way to make everything perfect. We can't wait to come back!!!

Great getaway!

Very nice condo, have everything you need, well kept and very spacious. Anne was great with communication. Love the views of the mountains from the condo. Fast food restaurants, ingles supermarket and even starbucks within minutes of the property. We love our stay and will defenitely be back in the future.

This property is so nice. It is beautiful inside and the views are fabulous! It was even better than we expected. We had an issue with the fireplace and Anne responded and took care of the issue quickly. You will not regret renting this lovely condo.

North Georgia Vacation

Beautiful condo right on Lake Chautuge. Great view of Lake from condo. Very well equipped condo with most all amenities you may need. Just bring your groceries and you are all set. We had two couples so it would have been nice to have had a king bed in one of the guest rooms. Location was convenient to dining and grocery. Host responded immediately to any questions we had and also gave us great suggestions for restaurant's and things to do around Hiawassee.

I have never owned a property in a Lake Community. Once I visited Hiawassee I fell in Love with the area, lake and people. I describe it to my friends as a hidden secret. The community has most of your needs with two towns nearby that compliment Hiawassee.
