Sundrenched and stylish, offering modern décor with a calm coastal aesthetic, this three-bedroom home offers incredible ease and convenience right in the heart of Rye town centre where you can grab your towel and head to the beach at the end of the street, launch the boat nearby or walk around the corner to grab some groceries for your holiday feasts.

With keyless entry creating exceptional ease for a large crew, the home offers an open plan living and dining area with a sumptuous lounge, while an enormous backyard provides wonderful space for kids to kick the footy, hold a family cricket match or erect your volleyball net.

The stone-topped kitchen is well equipped for busy group stays including a double door fridge with ice/water, dishwasher, 900mm gas stove, microwave, a coffee pod machine and plenty of new cutlery and crockery, with seating along an island bench, a central dining table as well as an outdoor dining table beside the BBQ where you can relax with afternoon drinks while the kids play in the yard.

With bedrooms configured to sleep up to 10 people, accommodation includes a Queen bed in the master suite with walk-in robe and private ensuite, the second bedroom also offers a Queen bed, while two other bedrooms both provide bunks with a double bed on the bottom and single on top in the children’s wing, complete with a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Just a few minutes’ drive to golf courses, spectacular surf beaches, horse riding, St Andrews Brewery, Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Springs and numerous other attractions, this makes a fabulous home base to enjoy all the Mornington Peninsula spoils.

Everything was perfect. The house was very clean, the kitchen well catered for and all the bedrooms were tidy with nice linen. It was good to have our our gear and bikes secured in the garage. We all enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the connected TV. Wi fi was excellent. We will be back next year.
