Located within a short walk to Rye’s stunning ocean beaches and so close to Peninsula Hot Springs and local golf courses, this expansive recently renovated and freshly furnished family home offers 4 living areas - 2 lounge rooms, a formal dining room, downstairs rumpus and games area, plus a huge north facing deck with soaring treetop views. With ducted heating throughout, split system heating/cooling and an open fireplace, it is a property for the family to enjoy regardless of the season.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Property welcomes the family dog but may not be suitable for every breed, therefore pets are on request and prior approval.
• The bunks at this property are not suitable for adults, hence it is advertised as sleeping a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. Requests for bookings exceeding this will be rejected.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). Quiet family stay
The house is huge on a huge block, however the fencing is definitely not secure for pets - its chicken wire the whole way round, isnt very tall and is falling over or has holes in many spots. It is also topped with barbed wire which isn't pet friendly at all. The house was very well equipped and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. Communication was easy and quick. Only thing extra that would have been nice is some shade on the deck - the sun just roasts the deck and even on the cold days you cant sit out there as its just too hot. An umbrella at least would be useful.
