Fabulous Condo with Lake View 1.5 Miles from Disney

Fabulous second floor condo in one of the best locations on the Windsor Hills resort - directly overlooking the lake, but just steps from the pool gate and clubhouse - the best of both worlds. It is peaceful and quiet, not overlooked, but so close to all the amenities on offer at Windsor Hills. Please check the views from the screened lanai/balcony and the bedrooms. Do you want to look out over a beautiful lake or a parking lot? If you want to relax and enjoy the lake then choose our condo.
The condo has top of the range interior and furnishings.
The large living/dining area has a screened balcony with view of the lake. 3 large bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax - a king bed, a queen bed and 2 twin beds. There is a 50inch 4K smart TV with cable in the living room (you can use your Netflix or Amazon account to watch additional programmes) and HD Plasma televisions in all bedrooms along with a PS4 games console in the third room - just bring your own games and log in details. 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dual regular and K Cup coffee machine (just bring your own pods) and laundry room with washer and dryer and all linens and towels included.
Rental includes free WiFi and long distance calls. We also have a pack and play (travel cot), highchair and stroller for infants.
Facilities at Windsor Hills are second to none, it is one of the top rated resorts in Orlando. Luxurious pool with new duelling water slides, children's water play area, lagoon spa, tennis courts, cinema, clubhouse fitness center, putting green and more set in green, lush and beautifully landscaped grounds - use of all facilities is included in the rental, there are no additional resort fees to pay on site.
All this and you are just 5 minutes from the Disney gates - the closest you can get without staying on Disney property - ideal if you want afternoon breaks from the parks. All other Orlando attractions are an easy drive from the resort and there is a superb golf course next door.

Great stay over the holidays!

This condo had everything we needed including a fabulous view of the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the condo was spacious. We will definitely be back!

Great location & fun pool

We had a great little stay at Paul's condo in Windsor Hills. The location was amazing. Close to Disney and there is a Walmart, shopping and food right around the corner. We all loved the pool and amenities from the resort. The condos location was perfect to get to the pool! The view from the balcony over the lake was wonderful too.

Our first Disney trip

Such a beautiful place, with basically a water park for the kids! It’s in a gated community. Close to Disney. Would definitely go back! Also had great communication with the owner!

Perfect location, wonderful condo

This condo was just perfect for our stay. The pool and water slides were definitely a perk. My 11y.o. nephew loved it! It was just a short drive to all of the Disney parks and universal. The neighborhood was clean, gated and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

This was a great location and very close to Disney. Beautiful view from the balcony and lots of space. The only negative would be an inadequate number of chairs at the pool area for the number of resort guests. You must go very early to get a spot.

Nice condo

The condo was clean, well-furnished and well taken care of. It is not a luxury condo and could maybe use a little refresh but it’s clean and perfect for families or a group. The owner and property manager were easy to work with. Customer service was great. The pool area was nice. I would totally recommend.

Quick Orlando Getaway

We came from Miami for a quick visit to Epcot. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. This condo is in a perfect spot, close to all the Disney attractions. It is how the pictures reflect, very nice. The unit overlooks the marshy lake and is close to the pool and clubhouse. Overall a very nice place to stay if you're visiting Orlando/Disney.

Excellent!!!

We have stayed here in this same unit before and found new and pleasant upgrades in the community center. As always, the kitchen was perfectly supplied with the necessary utensils (I even made hashbrowns and my husband was delighted). If you end up renting a car, there’s a Walmart less than five minutes away; but, if you choose to use ride share, it’s also pretty accessible. Even our adolescent daughter enjoyed her stay. 😁

WONDERFUL PLACE NEAR DISNEY

We had the most wonderful time on our Disney World trip…and it’s due to our stay in this condo! It’s so affordable and so close to the parks. Our kids (10-17 years old) loved the property too! The pool, basketball courts, and tennis courts so much to do. Everything about the condo was great. There’s a Walmart and lots of restaurants right near by. Thank you Paul & Joy! You helped make this once in a lifetime trip worth coming back and recommending to others!

Great place and good location

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very convenient to Disney and access to a lot of restaurants. The pool area was wonderful. The room was very clean and has just about everything you need. The outlets are a little loose so plugs don't always hold. You might want to luring dish and laundry soap if you plan on doing any of that. Overall, I would highly recommend. We would come back agian!!!

My husband and his brother were traveling. They stayed at the property. The main complaint was that the place "smelled very strong musty odor" , 1970's furniture (very dated everything in the condo). I messaged the manager/owner? a couple times but they did not respond promptly. Also, my credit card was charged in Euro's which is very odd. The message i got back was 'it's fine, don't worry ". Not good customer service at all. I don't know how so many left good star ratings but maybe those were in past years. was not happy at all, but manager just said ,'ok sorry you had an unpleasant stay " or something of that nature. that's it.

Recommend some more deep cleaning

The bathrooms needed a deep cleaning, master bedroom bathroom sink needs better drainage and the apartment needed a better dusting. Overall the condo area was great and very close to Disney! The property manager was very communicative, and punctual. It was a very good stay overall! If those small issues are fixed, this would make it an excellent place to stay.

Lives up to description

I would definitely stay again. I would recommend a few staples like salt and pepper. Other than that, great! Paul, the owner was really responsive and made the check in a piece of cake. Property is secure and safe with plenty to do onsite.
