Our Beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is located in the 5-star Windsor Hills Resort, Just a stone throw away from Disney World. This villa is one of the largest in Windsor Hills! Our home features:

The house was huge plenty of room for your families. The kids had a blast. The pool was heated and fun after a long day at Disney. The pool was a nice retreat.We will be staying there again probably every time we go to Disney short ride to all the parks easy directions great day off from the parks. They have a nice waterpark pool with music and lots of food at your access games kids activities.We felt very safe and Walmart was around the corner all in all we love the house

Our host Ben was very accommodating, and the house was spacious and fit our needs great. The private pool was nice and it was great that strollers and other kid items were available to use. Would definitely stay again!

Pros:•Nice layout•Enough pans and utensils in kitchen•Pool and hot tub fine•Box fans in every room nice touchCons:•No salt/pepper, no dish soap/detergent; only one dirty dish towel (shoved between dishwasher and counter, gross), no dishcloths bought Dawn/dishcloths, washed by hand•No laundry soap (only hand bars) bought Tide; dryer knob broken, couldn’t launder•Master bed uncomfortable (no box springs, only 5 slats)•One bedroom sheets so dirty daughter switched rooms•Master bathtub visibly filthy; shower curtains with mildew•Pool table unusable (large rip in felt, missing pocket) — main booking reason•Bedroom 1 shower door broken•One toilet kept runningWe hope this helps for future guests.

Pro: very spacious, plenty of linen, secure gated community, my family was impressed with the home, crib & strollers in the home to use!!Con: not really a game room, its a garage with unusable pool table (but plenty of options at the community center); queen mattress' were uncomfortable; guests often leave things like detergent or salt/pepper, etc., but the cleaning people removed absolutely everything. None of these cons were very important or required, so its still 5 stars and I would rent again.

The house was in a Great Location and the space was great for our family. We had 13 including 5 small children so the two twin rooms worked out well. The location made it very easy to get to DisneyWorld quickly and also made it easy and quick to bring the kids home during the day for rest time. The kids loved the pool at the house and the water park and pool. We also made use of the nearby playground. WalMart was very close so this was very convenient.Ben did let us know in advance that we would need to bring personal supplies and amenities. There were not enough towels. Only one for the kitchen so we ended up buying kitchen towels and bath towels for the bathrooms. The microfiber towels were not very useful. We did have to wash the utensils and stainless before using them in the kitchen. We also had to do some cleanup in the bathrooms. The trip was great - Ben, the host was wonderful to work with. He provided answers to all our questions and provided lots of information to help us be prepared. The only issue we really had was with the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms, dust on the furnishings, and some trash on the ground in the bedrooms. The lack of towels was somewhat of an issue - but Ben did give us a heads up on that. The pool table is also ripped so unusable. It was nice to have the option of a baby crib or pack n play and also the high chair was nice to have.

Spring break 2025

We had an awesome time staying here. Lots of room and the place had lots of stuff for us too. The kitchen had lots of pans and dishes. I highly recommend staying here. My kids and grandkids loved it too.

Very nice vacation home

The checkin/checkout was easy. The week was wonderful and the resort has a lot for the kids to enjoy and the resort was in a great location. The host was great and always responded to all messages.

We (10 people) checked in around 11pm after driving 17 hours, we get into the house and there is black mold in/on every vent, there are large stains in the carpets in the bedrooms, cheapest thin spring mattress on all the beds, one of the king beds had a very musty pillow cases and comforter, the atmosphere was not as advertised either.
