Welcome to your sunny Cottesloe escape! This charming two-story studio is styled with fresh beachy tones and coastal touches, creating the perfect haven for couples or solo travelers. Just a 10-minute stroll to the white sands of Cottesloe Beach and only 20 minutes from Perth CBD, it blends laid-back luxury with comfort.
Take a leisurely stroll to the foreshore for swimming, surfing, or snorkeling, then unwind at one of the lively local cafés or restaurants.

As part of living in Australia's natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please feel free to use the bug spray in the kitchen or reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.

An awesome location and a cosy studio.
Cottlesloe is a wealthy suburb surrounded by beautiful houses and a magical beach / foreshore area with fantastic sunsets. The property is located near the shoreline and offers a cosy stay with just about everything needed to make it a wonderful experience. (just needs a cook-top). The bed is huge and comfortable and everything is clean and tidy, we loved our time there. Highly recommended experience. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there.
