About this property

Just a 8 minute drive from Palmerston North CBD, in the small village of Longburn. We have a newly renovated guest house situated at the back of our property. With three bedrooms and a fold out couch to relax on while you watch T.V. You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with a central system throughout this beautiful home.
One car or a car and trailer can be parked safely on the property if required.
We have two cats but do not allow pets.
Parties are prohibited.
The space
Bedroom One has a queen size bed.
Bedroom Two has a queen size bed.
Bedroom Three has bunk beds they do have a 90kg weight limit on them.
1 fold out couch in the lounge.
Guest access
We have a shared deck at the front of the air bnb and a shared back area with a swing and slide set that our guests are more than welcome to enjoy. A paddling pool is also available upon request at no extra charge :)
Other things to note
Guests can smoke and vape outside on our shared deck. Ashtrays are provided

I absolutely love hosting guests, helping to make someones holiday amazing and getting to meet new people. I go with the flow, here if you need anything or would like a chat, or leave you to yourself to listen to the birds and enjoy the property.

Why they chose this property

Longburn is a small village, that is quite, however we do have the odd train that goes past. I enjoy the feeling of being in the country with the perk of a small drive to town. I love hearing the birds chirping, all my fruit trees and the friendly atmosphere of Longburn.

What makes this property unique

Our guest house is situated behind our main house. There is a shared front deck and shared back yard. We have beautiful fruit trees around the property, lots of birds chirping. This is a unique property that gives privacy in the home and your hosts are available in very short notice.
