We enjoyed our stay. It is located just down the street from tubing hills, and only 5 minutes from Winter Park. The house is spacious, and well stocked. Toys and games provided. The hot tub was wonderful. We even enjoyed a fireworks shows out the back window. We would stay again.

We're thrilled to hear that you would stay again and that you caught a fireworks show. Tubing is a blast - while we might want to head straight to the hot tub, our kids love to squeeze in the tubing hill after the slopes and before dinner!

House was clean and easy to access. The home was as pictured and described and the best place for the guys to land at the end of each day. The host was easy to connect and communicate with. If we're back in the area, we would stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay between Christmas and New Years. We would definitely be interested in staying at this home again. We stayed in the exact same neighborhood in a house with the exact same floor plan for several years. That home was not available this year and we were excited to find this one. It’s the perfect size for all of our grown children and other family members as well of ourselves to relax, play games, enjoy the hot tub,and celebrate the new year together. It’s close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. One notable difference about this home was the two car garage gave us extra parking, which was helpful. Another difference was the inability to access storage in the master room closet. Also the furniture in the master room was not quite as functional and useful as some of the drawers were broken. Without the storage in the master closet access the small bar that was available to hang clothing was not that helpful. When staying for an entire week it’s nice to be able to unpack. Otherwise the home was completely perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

It truly means a lot that you’d choose to stay with us again!- We, too, have built some family traditions in Fraser, so we reserve the master closet for owner storage, which is common in short-term rentals. To help with longer stays, we provide a hanging rack to complement the drawers in the dresser and armoire. We appreciate your feedback on the rack and will search for better options (having added more hangers in the meantime).- Also, we are working with our guest manager to review and repair any drawers that need attention to ensure everything is fully functional.Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and for taking such great care of the home. We’d be delighted to welcome you and your family back anytime!"
