Perfect little cabin for our fishing weekend.Fireplace was a huge bonus.I’d say it’s big enough for 4 guys that get along well, but for my bud it myself it was great.Everything worked great and we were only 20 min from the access.Added bonus of the steakhouse 5 min away, just make sure to make a reservation, it’s small. We will be back next year!
A nice cozy spot for 4 guys ice fishing, close to the Sherwood store and multiple lake Winnipeg accesses, great entry way to hold all our gear and 4 nice bedrooms, all the amenities, great spot will be back

About the host
Hosted by Eric Dyck
Owned and operated by Eric, Stefany and our 1 year old “apprentice”, this family run cottage has been operating for 2 years. We love hosting people and realize that when you are booking a vacation, just how precious that time away with family and/or friends is. We want your stay to be memorable in all the best ways possible.
Why they chose this property
Our cabin is one of the closest to Winnipeg, but feels so far away. Only 45 minutes from the perimeter, many people in the community commute for work. This private, quiet setting so close to a major city makes for a unique spot to getaway.
What makes this property unique
My favourite spot is curled up on the sectional, hockey game on and the wood stove cranked up.
