A great place to get away for a couple of days with family. Home and property are lovely. Cabin is well equipped with just about anything you need. Would stay again.

Charming space, really well stocked with things you might want or need: books, movies and shows, games, masking tape, mosquito coils, spices, etc. We loved all the sloping ceilings. A short walk gets you to the shore and a park with benches, swings and picnic tables; a little farther is Balsam Harbour and a long beach where you can explore or swim. Water shoes are recommended- lots of zebra mussels!

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Very close to many beaches. Cabin was very clean and organized. Most household items were provided for and for the most part everything was in pretty good condition. My only complaint is that the oven is really old and you learn very quickly not to cook anything above 250 degrees in there or you will have crispy black hockey pucks of whatever it was supposed to be. Also the shower is kinda small. Other than those two things, we had a great time here and would absolutely come back.
