Nice Stay

Relatively quite area for beachside. Great long walks on the beach to the north end of the island. Unit clean and cozy with a eastward view and a slight glimpse of the "Gulf of America" from the balcony.

Estero Blvd

Location was perfect. Unit was comfortable, but needs updating. Elevators went out a few times during our stay. A peaceful and quiet environment.

A couple issues not handled well. Primarily we couldn't turn off the water for 2 days until another resident told us about the main cut off under the kitchen sink. Also, we had only cold water for a couple days until we saw the breaker for the hot water had been cut off. Finally, we were locked out of the unit for 4 hours due to a faulty battery in the door punch pad. It took too long to resolve this.Given these issues we felt we should have received some sort of refund
