Sea Oaks 103 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located on the white sandy beaches of Garden City. This upgraded unit brings all the comforts of home, but offers the sights and sounds of waves crashing at your back door. There is a king primary bedroom with ocean views and a private bath. Down the hallway you will find a queen guest bedroom, with a full hallway bath just steps away. Linens are included with rental! Step out onto your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Sea Oaks pool and enjoy beach life! Added amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and a private washer/dryer. Don't delay, your beach vacation is awaiting you today! Sorry, no smoking allowed.

Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 31. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Very nice place with beach front ocean view. The only issue was the height of the railing on the deck, though I completely understand that it’s that way to keep idiots from jumping off the balcony into the pool. Beds were comfortable and it was stocked with all the necessary utensils. Great central location so you can go to Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, Charleston or just hang out in Garden City and Murrells Inlet.

Old beach condo building, exterior hallways dark, dirty old carpet, old dark dirty screen doors, semi modernized interior, balcony view interrupted by high railing, pool never cleaning in the 7 days we stayed, fixtures in the interior bathrooms all loose, (shower heads, towel bars, light fixtures, door stop, toilet, toilet seat) sliding door to balcony hard to open/slide, tubs & sinks slow drainage, smells musty. Stay somewhere else!
