Tupelo Bay Luxury Villa - Modern, 3 bedroom, 2 bath - Beach, Golf, Pools

Welcome to our beach house, Par n' Paradise located in Murrells Inlet where beautiful memories are made. The Tupelo Bay community offers an on site executive golf course, mini golf, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, pickleball, ice cream shop and less than a mile to the beach via summertime community shuttle which all makes this an ideal vacation choice where there's something to do for everyone.

Our villa is an end unit located on the bottom floor for easy access. Parking is right out front and luggage carts are available for guest use.

Recently purchased, the condo has everything new! The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living area has quality, comfortable seating where you can relax after a long day of fun. Generous living space allows plenty of room for everyone!

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk in closet. The master bath includes a walk in over-sized shower with double sinks and granite counters. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. A hallway pocket door slides closed to create additional privacy if desired. Bedroom #3 is ample size with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are bright and airy and include linens and bath towels.

The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room. Also included is WiFi and cable TV. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV, the master and 2nd bedroom both have 55 inch smart TV's, and the 3rd bedroom also has a smart TV.

There is a secure outdoor storage closet with beach chairs, beach cart, sport umbrella, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, and used golf clubs for your use. You can also hold your golf and beach gear in the outdoor closet as well. Please note, beach towels are not included with the rental.

** Please note that Tupelo Bay is a quiet community. Although we congratulate students on their accomplishments, we do not rent to guests celebrating “high school senior week” or any groups of students. Failure to disclose this, will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and prompt departure of property.

Wonderful stay

I stayed with my family on the Fourth of July weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped. It is centrally located to many attractions, including great restaurants at Murrells Inlet. Communications with the owners were very smooth. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this villa was perfect. The villa was very clean and was well stocked with all things. The pool was a short walking distance from the villa and the beach shuttle was very convenient. There is nothing negative to say, just a great experience.

Weekend Stay

This Tupelo Bay villa was amazing! Everything seemed newly updated. I can’t say enough about how comfortable this unit and property made us feel! We were close to restaurants and drove about 15 minutes down to Garden City Beach (where it’s a little less crowded). It was a perfect weekend stay for my family.

This property is top notch and I can’t say enough wonderful things! Perfect Stay!

Everything about this condo is great! I just returned home from a 3 night stay and can not say enough about how much I enjoyed it. It was super clean and just as the pictures show. It is an open concept floor plan which makes the place seem huge. Everything was provided in the kitchen as well as bathrooms. The location in the complex is great - first floor so it is easy to go in/out with your luggage and groceries and close to the pool. The condo complex is quiet and parking is easy - you can basically park right in front of the door. There is a screened patio at the back of the unit that overlooks a pond with water fountain which is great for morning coffee or evening wind down. The owner has provided books, games and puzzles if you need some activities while not at the beach or shops. The location is close to everything. Plenty of shopping, food (Food Lion right next door), restaurants and beach - all within 20 mins drive. Don't hesitate to stay here!
