Property needs a makeover and a good cleaning. Kitchen was well stocked, but the Mr.Coffee karafe spout broken. Coffee stains dribbled down cabinet. Swivel chair arms terribly dirty, master bed skirt really dirty next to floor,and. baseboards really need dusting. The washing machine and dryer really dirty with sand and lint mixed with sand. Took a good while to clean it up before we could use it. This rental is very dated with a lot of wear and tear. The location was good and beach was good.

The condo was well appointed and clean. The description was accurate. The condo was just steps to the beach. The pool was clean and a great addition to the amenities. My only suggestion would be to put room darkening blinds up in the bedrooms. I hung a sheet over my window to block out the light.
