Upgrades include new stainless appliances, granite counters in kitchen, bedding, furniture, paint, décor and more! The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sea Oaks 310 has 2 TVs, a DVD player and WIFI. The Sea Oaks complex amenities include an oceanfront pool, gazebo for shaded seating and an elevator. This property is non-smoking and does NOT allow pets. Limit 2 parking passes. No trailers or golf carts allowed. Mini Vacations (nightly stays) are available in the offseason- Please call and speak with a reservationist for details.

Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 31. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Unit is nice location. All the basics are covered. PArking is great and elevator. Some cosmetic updates have been made, but it is time for a real refurb to the entire facility. Floors, walls, ceiling, structurally as well. It's getting old.

Nice place but not clean. ESP coming off Covid-19 . Housekeeping needs to step it up!!!

The property was simple to rent . Any questions I had were answered quickly and accurately. I left the condo cleaner than what I received it in. I should of been reimbursed by cleaning fee!!!! Step it up housekeeping!!!
