Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Mention key in letterbox in entrance to hotel in introductory letter. Possibly could add a portable hotplate to kitchen in case want to eat in. Otherwise, all excellent.

So close to restaurants, trams and buses. Shower is small and bed mattress quite soft, some people will be ok with that. We loved the location and the fact we could park our car.

Very nice room and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great and self-controlled. We didn’t use the car park. The laundry was a great touch! Very communicative host. Would definitely stay again.

Ling was very responsive and the location is prime to get around in the city! It is Chinatown which means it’s surrounded by so many restaurants of different varieties. I was here for the marathon and was everything I needed and more! Would definitely stay here again

Listing somewhat misleading, cover photo of building in Darling Square is NOT the building the apartment is located in, apartment building is a block further away. Room was adequate, but showing its age. Self check in and check out via key in locked mail box, no on site staff for assistance or service. We were contacted numerous times after we left by various people saying they could not find the key that we had returned to their mailbox as instructed, before they eventually notified us that they had found it after all.

Great spot in a great location

This place was absolutely wonderful! Located in China Town, it was surrounded by shops and restaurants in all directions. The studio itself was small but mighty, and was very comfortable for me during my stay. If anything, my only issue was there was no iron at the studio, so some of my clothes were a little wrinkled. Otherwise, perfect.

Great location central to everything, good price, on-site parking a bonus, responsive host. Only real downside was bed was a bit soft for us and parking was tricky to get to. Would recommend for short stay in Sydney esp if travelling by car
