- Please empty all rubbish bins, both in the bathroom and the kitchen. The garbage chute is located next to the unit. Exit the unit, turn right, and it is located behind the first door.
- Please close and lock the balcony sliding door - Please turn off the air conditioning & all lights. - Please return the key to the lockbox inside the mail box, and scramble the combination.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Extra charges of $250 for lost of key fob.
