We had a fantastic stay at this property in Mossy Point! The place was beautifully decorated, with a lot of thought put into every detail. The lounge area was excellent for relaxing, hanging out with friends, and playing a few games of darts.The outdoor deck was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for enjoying a few drinks with friends while surrounded by lush greenery and trees.The location was great too, within walking distance of a few lovely cafes and just a short distance from the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious, making the stay even more comfortable.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The property exterior was filthy-deck/bbq more or less unuseable/broken 3rd top step on rear stairs safety hazzard/outdoor setting unuseable.we ran out of hot water day2-cold/no showers one night.no way property cold shower 6 guests twice daily.inside ok but strange power for cooking.Non current web photos of townhouse.we left a day early and should have left on entry as I wanted.Terrible experience and in marked contrast to Bowral Belle.Mossy Point -2/12 River Rd-terrible.

Alan, thank you for the candid review. I’m very sorry for the external cleanliness, hot water outage, and safety/maintenance concerns. We’ve engaged trades to repair the rear stair, service hot water, and restore/replace outdoor items; housekeeping has been assigned for a full exterior clean and BBQ service.
