Bertie’s 3 Beaches began with Judy and Murray’s love of beach holidays, surf, coastal walks and bushland. When they found this classic beach house between the beaches and Eurobodalla National Park, it became a home-style South Coast escape shaped around beach access, shared meals, an open fireplace and relaxed time by the water.

Why they chose this property

Quiet, private, close to the beaches, can easily handle a group and pet friendly up to 2 pets (otherwise approval needed). It is comfortable in all seasons, all year round. The open fire and outside fire pit keep for warmth when its cooler.

What makes this property unique

The local beaches are terrific for a stroll, a swim, fishing, watching the surf, the whales or dolphins. The house offers lots of spacious options for doing what you feel like. Watch a movie, playing games, the kids having a play, or cooking sumptuous meals. Nearby in Moruya is great coffee (at Alfresco), supermarkets and places to eat. The location of the house is protected from offshore winds, and has a perfect breeze on a warm day.
