When you want to relax away from the beach, you can step out onto the front porch. Sip a morning cup of coffee or gather on the covered patio to reminisce about all the fun to be had. Each bedroom offers a flatscreen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi is included with your stay (great for remote work).

This neighborhood was a GEM! The beach access is right down the road and the amenities of the home were PERFECT. WE LOVED spending our evenings by the pool and our mornings in the cozy big living room. This home was the best spot I’ve stayed in 30A!!!

The house was perfect. The set up of the house was excellent. The pool and patio area was probably our favorite spot. Use of the golf cart with the amazing beach access was great. It took a little bit for us to find the access, but once we did, we had no problems. There were a few minor cleanliness issues, and we had trouble with the door code on day 4, which was resolved. The golf cart also had an issue, but again, that was resolved, but took a lot longer than we had anticipated for that to be done. Would not hesitate to stay in this property again!

Great Stay

This house is awesome. The layout was great and very comfortable. The backyard and pool were great for my kiddos. The golf cart made going to the beach a lot easier. Highly Recommend this home if your looking for a fun beach vacation.

We came in for a short stay and everything was as advertised. The pool was a great experience at the end of the day. The golf cart was a good addition but the lack of places to go to and park it was a bummer which is not on the homeowner of course and I think if we knew the area better we’d have known where to drive it. Overall a beautiful place and we’d definitely return and recommend!

We loved our stay! Property felt much bigger than the pictures showed which was a pleasant surprise. Pool was such a great addition! Easy walk/golf cart walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all which is hard to come by in the summer months! Will definitely be back!

We loved this adorable little beach house.. the pictures are exactly what you’ll expect! Its beachy theme is so cute! It’s little pool is all you need and it’s minutes from the beach. They accommodated our early arrival and even overlooked our one hour late check out! We love this place! It was perfect!

Wonderful Time!

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay. The house was perfect with all the amenities you could want for a relaxing vacation. We loved the pool so much we actually spent more time in it than at the beach. The bikes and golf cart that were included allowed us to never have to get in the car to go anywhere. Highly recommended and hope we get a chance to go back again soon!

Spring Break 2022

My family really enjoyed this property and all that it had to offer. First, the kitchen, porch, bathroom linens, bed linens, and living area were all very clean, comfortable, and of very high quality. We enjoyed using the golf cart on the short jaunt to the beach. The beach was not busy and easy to access. The golf that was offered was splendid. Also, the bike rentals that were included were dropped off and picked up without any complications. It was a splendid vacation spot.

We’ll Be Back!

The house and location were wonderful. This was our first trip to the 30A area, and we loved it. Very low-key in comparison to Destin and PCB, but conveniently located between both. We definitely plan on visiting this location again. The house is beautiful and located on a quiet street. The golf cart was a huge help. Because the gate code for beach access didn’t work, we carted to the public beach access nearby. The furnishings in the home were gorgeous, but unfortunately, it appeared a previous guest had brought a pet as there was lots of pet hair on the furniture which transferred to our clothing every time we sat down. However, we didn’t stay inside much. We loved the backyard! Beautiful and isolated. Highly recommend a stay here.

The house is nicely decorated, has a great beach vibe, and since it's quite a walk to the beach, the golf cart came in handy to get to the beach every day. Overall the place is nice, but I would definitely replace the cleaning crew. The pillow cases looked like they haven't been washed, the rug in the restrooms looked dirty, and it just looked like the cleaning people didn't really try. The owners should pop in once in a while and see if the house has been cleaned properly before the next family arrives. Other than that, I would recommend their beautiful home.

The house was comfortable. It was nice to have a pool in the back as an alternative to the beach, and nice to have access to a golf cart and bikes on the property. There was misinformation in the descriptors of the property. There was no grill despite being in the description. I even contacted the company one week before arrival to confirm and was told yes. There was no blender in the property despite being in the description. The free golf applies to one person in the party only, so everyone else has to pay. Again, I was told it applied to the whole party when I contacted company to confirm. Lastly, for anyone who has never been to 30A like us, just be informed that beach access is within a mile, but it is 53 steps(15, then 13,13,12) straight down to the beach in case you are traveling with an elderly person or someone physically impaired. Because the access is not considered public, there are no beach services such as chairs, rest rooms etc so be prepared to bring everything.
